Portrait Session FAQs

Yes. I offer location scouting and recommendations for each couples or family session, helping you find a setting that feels right for you. Studio rental and travel outside the Edmonton area are additional, along with any location or permit fees.

I’ll assess the weather and location conditions. Cloud, wind, cold or light rain or snow do not automatically mean we need to postpone. If I determine that conditions would prevent a safe session or photographs to a professional standard, we’ll arrange a mutually agreed replacement date and transfer your session fee. If I can’t offer a reasonable replacement date, I’ll refund the amount paid.

Your edited photographs are delivered through an online gallery, with a target turnaround of 4–6 weeks after your session. If an unexpected delay comes up, I’ll keep you updated by email. Your gallery is hosted for up to one year, so please download and save your photographs.

Yes. Your portrait session includes personal-use rights to the delivered edited photographs. You can download them, make personal prints, share them with family and friends, and post them on your personal social accounts. Commercial use or publication requires my written permission. Please keep the editing as delivered; minor cropping for social media is fine.
