From the beginning, my goal is to make the experience feel clear, personal, and grounded.
I’ll help you think through timing, story, audio, and the moments that matter most, while working thoughtfully alongside your planner, photographer, and vendor team. On the wedding day, I’m there to document honestly, guide gently when needed, and create a film that feels true to you.
The process

After you inquire, I’ll be in touch so we can set up a time to connect over Zoom or in person. This conversation gives us space to get to know each other, talk through what you’re planning, and see if my approach feels aligned with what you’re hoping for.

After our conversation, I’ll prepare a custom proposal based on your wedding, priorities, and what you’ve shared with me. No two weddings are the same, so your proposal should reflect the experience, coverage, and level of care that makes the most sense for your day.

We’ll go through the proposal together so you can ask questions, understand what’s included, and feel confident moving forward.
If everything feels aligned, your date is reserved with a signed contract and retainer. Payment plans are available when helpful, with the final balance due one month before the wedding date.

Once your date is reserved, I’m here as a resource throughout the planning process. I can help with timeline questions, audio considerations, vendor recommendations, and the details that help the day feel more prepared and less rushed.

Whenever possible, I attend the ceremony rehearsal so I can understand the flow, movement, and important details before the wedding day. It gives me the chance to prepare thoughtfully, answer any questions, and help the ceremony feel calm and familiar when it matters most.

On the wedding day, your only job is to be present with the people around you. I’ll work calmly and thoughtfully in the background, guiding when needed and documenting the moments as they naturally unfold.
From the moments you experience fully to the ones happening around you, I’m there to preserve the day with care.

After the wedding, I begin shaping your footage into the films included in your collection. Some pieces, such as teaser films, may be delivered sooner, while longer-form edits require more time and care.
Delivery timelines vary by season and collection, and I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

I take on a select number of weddings each year so I can give each couple the time, care, and creative attention their film deserves — both on the wedding day and throughout the editing process.
